Can I get a Doc.Q certificate?

There isn’t a certificate for Doc.Q as its just another building regulation

The only difference between this and any other is that the document states that the frames are to be labelled up to show they comply to PAS24 and that they have the manufacturing date visible - if you have requested the frames be made to DOC.Q or PAS24 when placing your order - these labels will be stuck in the rebate of each frame before they leave our factory. Ask your customer to open up the sashes and look up inside the rebate of the outer frame – there should be one round of labels per frame.

Can I get an Energy Rating certificate?

BFRC assesses the energy performance of our windows and gives them a rating between A++ and B. Our BFRC rated products are labelled with a small official sticker on the inside of the frame. You can also access our rainbow labels via our website in the Accreditations section

BFRC Window Performance Certificates are available to purchase from Fensa if you’re registered with them. The certificate confirms the energy efficiency rating of the window installed at the property and costs just £15.00, including VAT go to https://www.bfrc.org/energy-performance and click on ‘Benefits of BFRC for Homeowners’ for further details.
